Score A Programme

Assalamaualaikum semua. Melihat anak2 membesar adalah satu kenangan terindah. Melangkag ke alam persekolahan adalah ibarat satu loncatan k kehidupan baru. Anak2 seronok belajar......bersama kawan2.....setiap hari ada saja perkara baru yang dipelajari.....Ibu bapa menabung untuk kemudahan mereka melanjutkan pelajaran di hari muka.

Izan dah diperkenalkan dengan satu program yang sememangnyer berpotensi untuk membantu memantau perkembangan pendidikan anak2......program melalui internet (perlu kad access)......memberi latihan soalan peperiksaan dari sekolah rendah ke sekolah menengah.....kalau anak ramai, lagi best sebab kad access blh kongsi bersama. Pastu, bile anak2 buat latihan, ada report kad....ibubapa akan tahu mereka buat latihan tu walaupun mereka membiarkan anak2 mereka bersendirian....coz, marks dan perkembangan anak2 akan diberitahu even melalui sms......Memang interactive dan informatif.

Actually, abang izan yang di Bangi tu jadi sort of agent die ler......Dan die dah belikan kad access tu tuk anak dia.....mmg anak dia Ninna tu dah mula buat latihan dan Kholeeda join sekali sekala....Kholeeda pun nak beli gak.....tapi buat masa nie, ekonomi lm mengizinkan.......Insya-Allah sebulan dua lagie.....Latihan begitu mmg berkesan. Coz dulu abang buat kat anak2 die....Alhamdulillah, semua berjaya dengan cemerlang dalam peperiksaan. Cumer pada masa tu,abang ngan kak ipar terpaksa pie cari buku2 soalan peperiksaan tahun2 sudah tuk anak2 buat lahitan menjawab....then kalau tak faham, pie sekolah tanya lagie kat cikgu......Alhamdulillah.....UPSR depa dapat 4A......PMR dapat 6A....ade yang dapat 8A.....SPM depa pun excellent....sbb tu, masa degree dapat scholarship......

Tapi la nie, dah ade program yang teratur....Kalau nak tau lbh lanjut, blh bagitau kat kak izan, dan akan diusulkan kepada abang untuk bagi brief kepada sesiapa yang berminat.....kalau tak tau lagie....marilah kami nak bagitau....kalau dah tau....marilah join kami....kalau dah join....Alhamdulillah....lain kali kalau nak renew kad access, blh bagitau kat abang.....

Closed Ceremony Orientation Week @ LUCCT

It was really a great moment that all of us in FABE, on the 16th Febrauray 2007 to have such as enjoyable activities at the courtyard 2.....Lecturers and students joined together to make the event to talk about.......We play 'teng-teng'.....tarik upih....giant futsal....cam2 le...seronok sakan. For the first time I could see the Dean was so sporting ....really all out!!!

A day @ Minds Resort n Spa

We spent a day at Minds Resort n Spa......spent a day with the gulz. Seronok sakan dapat gie swimming ala2 kat tepi pantai....dapat main sand castle....mmg environment belain....semacam berada di luar Selangor.....bebudak kalau blh nak lebih lama lagie....tapi, tak laratle....

Public Holiday.......18-20 February 2007

All of us balik Kampung Batu Pahat on Saturday. Sunday night, we all have bbq....sedap ooo , simple aje receipenyer....tapi ngancam gak...especially sos dier...(resepi pojee...anak buah izan)....Pastu ade lucky draw n song contest...ala2 yang kat Ilham Resort dulu tu....they were very excited...n request to do it again some other time...meriah!!!!anak2 main khemah.....Pastu balik on Tuesday tu singgah Melaka...jln2 Bandar Hilir....ronda2 kat Jalan Hang Jebat..etc...terasa cam jalan2 kat Bali lak (Ubud Village)...bebudak supportive sungguh...ikut je kami jln2...Kami pantang sikit...mmg suke pie jalan2 town trail nie...banyak benda belajar....sosial life dan most important is the architecture....

Great job.....Great challenge

Be a lecturer is not an easy going task.........to be prepared with all the instruments to teach.....to be confident with all the subject to deliver........to be inspired with all the students interest as to aspired them to be good society in the future. It look easy but .......it's not. The challenge to be a private college lecturer are more as we represent the individu's brand!!!!!

I was still in the cultural shock with the working environment which need us to be beyond the post as lecturer......WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEBODY WHO WANTS TO PERSUE THEIR STUDY AT LONDON.....anybody?......RM 30,000.00 for 3 months....it's worth value.......all in....air fare, food, accomodation, study....registration......lot more.....

Breakfast @ Al Amin

As for today, I did not go to IIUM for lecturer.......el.....As usual, my job is to send Kholeeda to her school at Al amin.....but today, we are not two....but three......Umairah is following us.....So, we had breakfast at the canteen.....dhoughnut and papaya's cake......plus Soya bean.....

Graduation Day @ Lim Kok Wing University College

This Saturday will be my second Saturday's working day......not as usual, this my Saturday this time will be longer as LKWUC is having Graduation Day.......As for me, I ll inchanrge together with other friendz in the hi-tea time...Means that I will be there until the end of the ceremony....Same as all those days....'lady in black '....and of course for the special event need to be more exclusive and branding!!!!!!

Wokaylah...hope I ll enjoy myself there as this is my first time involve with the graduation day as the organizer......as lecturer......Congrates to all the graduate students......may all of you success in your future.....

10 Muharram 1428 Hijrah

Assalamualaikum......dah sepuluh hari kita melayari hidup dalam bulan Muharram yang mulia ini. Masih tidak terlewat untuk kita semua menanam azam untuk menjalani tahun baru ini. Kalau di kampung dulu, arwah emak masak bubur asyura.....Mak kat Gombak pun pernah masak bubur asyura....tapi version yang belain dengan version arwah emak....apa2 pun dua2 ada keistimewaan..........Ada cerita di sebalik bubur asyura tu dan sepuluh Muharran......nantie bebila Izan khabarkan....(coz nak dapatkan kesahihan cerita dulu...takut tersalah bagitau....)

Hem....seronoknyer ptg semalam, Izan pie buat massage, sauna n mandi susu........kat Serenity Spa, Bandar Baru Bangi.....release betoi le....best dapat buat sauna herbs.....keluarq semuapeluh...terasa ringan badan...then, buat massage whole body....terasa ringan lak tulang.....then body scrub.....tuk buang angin....next time nak buat coffee scrub lak....then rinse, terus mandi susu.....tgh2 berendam, bebudak cute tu mai lak.....apalagi....depa bukak baju...terus terjun sama dalam tub....seronok sakan...siap dah plan nak ajak mandi bunga lak next time......hem....kalau dah gulz tu tetap gak gulz.......

Malam kemarin, gie sembahyang maghrib kat masjid kubah ijau kat Bangi.....tgk2, ada Dr. Fadhilah Kamsah nak bagi talk pasal Maal Hijrah....so, stay sampai Isyak.....Cam2 ade talk kat masjid tu every day pas maghrib....best gak.....

Lastly, sedikit kata Dr. Fadhillah Kamsah.............Maal Hijrah salah satunya bermaksud perubahan......perubahan yang lebih baik........kita perlu tahu apa yang hendak diubah........kenali diri kita.......niat dengan murni......ambil langkah.......dan amalkan supaya perubahan kita nanti bukan setakat umpama batuk ditangga.....(itu tambahan Izan sendiri).

My First Saturday.....

Huuuh yeah...yesterday was my first Saturday ever was my working day....Luckily, Kholeeda also had to go to school. As usual, after sending Kholeeda, but only for Saturday, Saiful and Umai will send me to LKW.....Cyberjaya.....after sign for attendance, I went for breakfast at Street Mall......then they send me back to LKW.....checking for the report previous students...at at 12.45 pm...Chow!!!!!!!

We drop by at Intelligent Community Building n Park for the launching.....Alamak....new park for recreation la......a place for me and my family to leparq2.......can do camping.....fishing.......jogging....picnic....similar like Lake Titiwangsa, but in very proper n more leisure ......Umai suke sangat.....next week, buleyla Saiful bring our daughters for leisure while waiting for me..........

For now onwards.....our Saturday will not be like our usual Saturday.......but it doesn't seem like much different......an afterall.....Saturday at LKW is like a leisure day for all the staffs.....unless we have an important appoinment or classes......as for me....Saturday is only the day to pickup whatever left after three days lecturing....and preparation for the oher week to come.....

How nervous I am

Hem....never in my life I feel so nervous to start at my new office........Tomorrow is my irst day at Lim Kok Wing University College of Creative Tecnology. People said that working there is though and challenging. Ati said his friend would rather transfer to UTM though salary lower just because the pressure in LKW................Saiful's friend also said that LKW put high expectation on lecturer........Dato' Prof Parid Wardi also said like that....but he also told me that LKW got a system where follow the Curtin University of Technology Malaysia.................almost everything are there, but the challenge is to face with the students....That's what I am worried about......Could be so much different with IIUM, Gombak....

Anyway, desicion has been made, choice has been chosen, step has been moved.......think positive and don't let your mind controlled the thinking........Insya-Allah.....with Allah's will.......

Maal Hijrah 1428H

Insya-Allah kita semua akan menyambut Maal Hijrah yang ke 1428H pada 20 hb January 2007. Untuk mengingatkah diri sendiri, muhasabah diri di atas apa yang telah dilakukan pada tahun 1427H....Bersama2lah kita bermunajat dan meminta agar Allah mengampunkan dosa2 yang telah dilakukan .....berterima kasih di atas segala rezeki dan kesenangan yang dianugerah...belajar daripada apa juga kesilapan......dan bangun daripada segala dugaan yang diberikan......

Mudah2an....tahun yang baru ini Allah akan memberikan kemudahan dan kenikmatan......Justeru itu, marilah kita berusaha untuk mencapai peribadi yang lebih baik, memanafaat lagi diri pada keluarga dan masyarakat......Renung2kanlah keperibadian dan pencapaian diri....dan keluarga terdekat.....

Marilah kita kongsi bersama 11 tips untuk memiliki keperibadian yang menarik....

An Introduction

This afternoon, I went to Lim Kok Wing University College for discussing the syllibus of Building Science....Ya Allah...I am the leader of a group of two others lecturer, teaching 60 students......it's a nice of Siva (the program leader) to brief me all the scope of works......So, I took one file back home to study a bit on the subject which for the third year ( lighting n acoustic)...........

Then, I met Ms Zatur.....I believe she's one of d important person in LKW.......briefing me lak on other three subjects......the environment quite messy.....coz, they just finished with d students's registration.....( ade lak yang tgh merayu ngan lecurer ....why design failed and so on.......)

I don't know yet my place.................it seems that i ll get one cubical........

My last moment at Ikatan Praktis Sdn . Bhd.

Today is my last day at Ikatan Praktis Sdn. Bhd. .....how I feel?...happy?...sad?..nervous?....excited?....But the most thing that I will probably missed all my previous days here.....chatting with friendz...Alex, CK, June, Nora, Nor, Halim......Mr. Oii....Fairuz....and of course my boss.....will be ex-boss by tomorrow...........Mr. Teh Boon Chiong.

Alex....the only chinese friendz that i know with a very strong sense of humuor....can talk whatever topic....nice man and helpful, too......I will miss his jokes....all the stories.....spooky2 one...

Ck....at first he looked serious but lately.....every morning...ade je story2....lepas lunch lak lain story2 die...I will miss his KENAPA?...

June.....not to very close but....she's nice to talk with....Nora...I will not hear you to chase for claim anymore......your unpredictable mood.....Nor....your loud speaker.....Both of you....good luck for your Unit trust.....(Kalau dah kaya jangan luper kawan)

Halim.....APA?....Keep up your selamber!!!!! Thankx for all of your effort on having last lunch together.....though at first we decided to have at Cafe Pak Adam...but unfortunately, I got to rush to LKW and have to be there by 3.00 pm...so we only did it at the office......

A day @ IIUM

As usual, every monday n friday, I will be at KAED, IIUM. Today, crit all the students under my supervision....so challenging....to deliver info and guide them to be smart designer......Some of them are very fluent and some are considered weak.............

I am using the BASIC design process as per trained by myprevious lecturer at UTM.........for me good product come from good process and research. Thanks to all my lecturer....Pn Rosnawati, En. Saifuddin, Arwah En. AZlan, Cik Naziaty, Dato'Prof Parid Wardi, En Jaafar Mohamad.....Dr. Asiah......En. Jak.....etc.

Alhamdulillah with all of your respect, I have delivered the knowledge given while I was in UTM to my students in IIUM. From morning to evening.....one after another, the student came for my comment. They actually more lecturer as we ( 5 members) are not capable to look into deeper to all the students.....

Dugaan Allah

Innalillah Hiwain Na IlaiHirojiuun....Sesungguhnya apa yang berlaku di dunia ini adalahdi atas Kehendak dan KemahuanNya. Allah turunkan lagi banjir di sekitar daerah Johor. Alhamdulillah encik, kakak2 dan abang2 Izan yang tinggal di Kota Tinggi, Kluang, Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat tidak ditimpa kebanjiran. Cuma agak sukar untuk bergerak ke bandar terutama Kak Long di Kota Tinggi dan Kak Teh di Kluang.....

Ya Allah, jika ini dugaanMu....untuk mengingatkan kepada kami yang semakin lalai dengan tangggungjawab.....kami terima Ya Allah....Namun, rasanya ak tertanggung mereka yang di sana mengalami situasi begitu setelah sekian lama dan entah sampai bila.....

HendakNya Kau berikanlah kepada kami dugaan yang mampu kami tanggung Ya Allah....sesungguhnya, hanya Kau yang Maha mengetahui kemampuan kami......Amin. Bersama-sama lah kita berdoa untuk kebaikan semua.....

Selamat Ulang Tahun Tn. Hj. Rodzi

Alhamdulillah.....Abah kami bertambah usia lagi pada tahun ini menjadi 60 tahun.....( tarikh lahir sebenar...15 January 1947). Semoga abah sihat, semakin tabah menghadapi cabaran dan sabar menerima dugaan.......Selama ini abah banyak member inspirasi dan tunjuk ajar.......Semoga abah murah rezeki, sihat tubuh badan dan gembira selalu.

New Year with New Post

Alhamdulillah.....with the name of Allah, I was really appeciate for the opportunity given to be a lecturer in Lim Kok Wing....Insya-Allah will be started on the 23rd January 2007. Lecturer is part of my ambition in one of the architecture professions......In the meantime, I am one of the part time lecturer at KAED, IIUM Gombak......and also a part time Registered Architect in Ikatan Praktis S/B.

Though in a week time, I will change my passion towards architect in practise, I am still looking forward one day, I will proceed my professional practise.....one fine day, Insya-Allah.....I reall hope one day I can have my own company......

It was such unbelievable in getting the offer after a coincident interview done with Dato' Prof Parid Wardi who is kindly like Dean in Architecture Department, LKW. He did explain the scenario of LKW's working environment and students expectation. Insya-Allah....with his guide, I can handle the students who came from different 95 countries all over the world. Sounds very challenging.....yeah!!!

First impression visiting LKW.....It was totally different with all the local universities.....even private universities in Malaysia....The Cyberjaya Campus....entering the lobby itself like you are somewhere not in Malaysia....looking at the faces.....how they dressed.....the surrounding....the building architecture.....everything represent the name of the founder......All staffs with black!!!!!!! ( I might have to spend much on clothes.......at the beginning...and later it just like a uniform......uniform building by law?!!!!!)

Insya -Allah.....I will try my best to be a smart lecturer.....with passion and sincerity........Thanks again....firstly to the one and only.....Allah Subha Nahu Wa Taala......Thanks also to my beloved hubby for his blessed and of course special thanks for my two cute guls.....everyday after perform solat.....especially Kholeeda....pray for her UMI....Thanks Kakak......and my family, encik, abah and mak.....
