Pagi ini seawal pagi izan sudah pergi site meeting di titiwangsa…..client got other meeting at 10.30 am, so…..site meeting no. 7 kena diawalkan…….mujur jalan tak jam. Dari bangi pukul 7.30…..sampai sane kurang lebih 8.15am…..
Today’s meeting mostly nak reconfirm all the decision made last week. Most of the item were exceptable except for the metal frame and r.c. precast louvres. Actually, in my mind, I was designing a modern cottage design bungalows….I have quoted for powder coated alum. Window frame for those bungalows but the client chosen to used silver powder coated………but it’s looked like natural anodized……..hopefully our proposal to let the client changed the window type is correct……..as he can save his money for certain amount…….at the moment the addition and the omittion is balance…..hopefully towards d end, the client won’t have to add any figure…..pastu bincang pasal....electrical scope, septic tank.....wiring....finishes...d cabinets....paling lama sikit tentang isu tingkap toilet.....to add metal fixed louvres and top hung some more...
That’s one of the architect job…..as per contract, he/she is now the third party……he/she is the one who manage the project accordingly to the contract bounded…….if at the design stage, architect will satisfied the client’s needs……the contract management allow he/she to satisfied the both party….client n contractor…..certain decision has to be made on the spot……some has to be looked into the detail drawings…..but most of them….nak tak nak….kena buat gaks kat site……confident level kena tinggi dan of course knowledge and experience will guide to the correct path……

Then after that, gie site....langgar semua becak2...redah semua tanah merah....tengok proposal dari segenap segi.....up to the first floor beam....tak lama lagie naik le dinding...sambil tu contractor tunjk lak sample brick etc......letih sungguh.....depa ajak minum pas tuh...tapi malaslah nak join.....apa lagi ...BALIK!!!!!!
Alahai....lupe laks progress cerificate lum proses lagie....contractor dah hantar claim minggu lepas, tapi dok sibuk buat ammendments...luper nak fikirkan duit orang lain....esok kena le buat sikit kiraan.....
